Y-PES Ghana Executive Director Honored as a Developmental Change Agent at Busa Youth Association’s Annual Homecoming

The Executive Director of Youth Placement and Employability Solutions Ghana (Y-PES), Mr. Mumuni Sulemana, has been recognized and honored as a pivotal developmental change agent in the Upper West Region. The accolade highlights his unwavering commitment to youth development, education, and empowerment, particularly within the Upper West Region of Ghana.
The Busa Youth Association commended Mr. Sulemana’s dedication to youth development in the region, noting that his consistent efforts and hard work have significantly contributed to the socio-economic progress of the community. As the CEO of Senior Victory College, a leading private basic school in the Wa municipality , Mr. Sulemana has demonstrated a profound commitment to advancing youth education and empowerment initiatives across the region.
During the occasion, Mr. Sulemana expressed his gratitude for the honor . He urged members of the association not to overly depend on politicians for their future but to take charge of their destiny through hard work and education. “It is imperative that you invest in yourselves and your communities, as education remains a vital tool for transformation,” he emphasized.
He also pointed out that despite the rich history of Busa producing many prominent figures in Ghana, the community’s developmental trajectory remains underwhelming. “It is time for the youth to support all stakeholders, especially traditional authorities, to harness the untapped potentials within Busa for greater socio-economic and political development,” Mr. Sulemana urged.
He assured the youth of his continued support and expressed appreciation to the Busa community for recognizing his efforts. His recognition as a developmental change agent underscores his influence and dedication to fostering sustainable youth growth and development within the region.
