Wa United FC beat Simple Winners by a lone goal to boost their opportunity to play in the middle-league of the ongoing division II league in the Upper West Region.

The game was a crucial game for the Zebras but they managed to get a goal on the 85th minute. Tiraah Adams hit at the back of the net with a penalty to jeer the club towards the middle-league.

Wa United is with 11 points and placed second in the Upper West Regional Division II Zone A League table in the Municipality.

They will be locking horns with Dark Horses in their next and last encounter of the group stages.
