Dorimon Traditional Council Visits Ongoing E-Block Senior High School Project, Pledges Support

The Paramount Chief of the Dorimon Traditional Area, Naa Alhaji Seidu Tungbani Salinbile II, alongside members of the traditional council, recently visited the construction site of the Dorimon E-Block Senior High School.

According to Dr. Adams Sabogu, Secretary to the Dorimon Palace, the visit was aimed at demonstrating the traditional area’s support and reassuring the contractor of their commitment to the successful completion of the project.

The construction of the Dorimon E-Block Community Day Senior High School began during the administration of former President John Dramani Mahama but was halted following a change in government, leaving the area without a public second-cycle institution. After persistent appeals by the chiefs and people of Dorimon, the government resumed work on the project.

Dr. Sabogu expressed optimism about the school’s future, highlighting the traditional council’s vision for it to become a centre of excellence in secondary education within Ghana once completed and operational.
