The Chief of Bultuo, Naa Abubakar Alhassan I, has stated that the Tiyiriyela Timaaliyiri festival is an annual celebration that brings the people in the community together to promote the development of the area.
He mentioned that every year, communities are randomly selected from the Dorimon Traditional Area to host the festival.
According to the Chief, the festival is an opportunity for people residing in and outside the community to socialize, interact, and share their concerns with relevant stakeholders for redress.
It is celebrated annually and the primary focus of the festival is development. During the festival at Bultuo, Naa Alhassan emphasized that the celebration is all about promoting the growth and progress of the community.
Naa Alhassan, thus, expressed gratitude for a successful celebration of the Tiyiriyela Timaali Tigri in his community.
He, therefore, urged the other chiefs in the area to help maintain the festival to help promote peace, unity and development.
