Residents of Kyietanga community in the Sigri Electoral Area of the Wa West District have accused their Assembly Member, Mr Yussif Zimbe Badia, for not visiting the community and deserting their concerns.
They said the Assembly Member refuses to respond to their calls and to listen to their challenges.
According to the residents, their borehole has broken down and the school ripped off but the Assembly Member is not making any move to listen to the concerns.
Speaking to Info Radio at the community, Mr. Ibrahim Wakilu, a resident, said the refusal of their Assembly Member to hear their cry is worrying.
He indicated that they decided not to inform the Assembly Member of their issues anymore since he is not ready to listen to them.
Mr. Dumba Tuoma and Madam Kwesi Pogsaa, also residents, said the Assembly Member came to their community once for the funeral of the late chief and has since never visited the community again.
