Man Jailed 7 Years for Defiling 13-Year-Old Girl in Wa Municipality

Mohammed Abudi, a 35-year-old from Guli in the Wa Municipality, has been sentenced to seven years in prison for defiling a 13-year-old girl.

The incident occurred on Friday, April 11, 2025, and Abudi was arrested by the police on Sunday, April 13.

His Lordship Jonathan Avoogo handed down the sentence when Abudi appeared in the Wa Circuit Court on April 23, 2025, where he pleaded guilty to the charges.
