The Member of Parliament and the 2024 National Democratic Congress (NDC) Parliamentary Candidate for the Daffiama-Bussie-Issa constituency, Dr Sebastian N. Sandaare, has engaged party Zonal Executives in Fian.
The meeting was to acknowledge their contributions to the party over the years. It also creates a platform for them to share ideas to make the party formidable enough ahead of the 2024 general elections.
Delivering his keynote address, the lawmaker urged the rank and file of the party to remain united and work towards the victory of the NDC in the December 2024 parliamentary and presidential elections.
He assured them that he was ready to work with all party members in the constituency. He also encouraged the leaders of the party at the branch and zonal levels to make the party more attractive, inclusive, united and formidable.
On their part, the zonal executives pledged their commitment to working in unison to secure victory for the NDC.
They also espoused their challenges and what is required in their respective zones to confront any challenges.
They commended the Member of Parliament for the steps he has taken to make the party more formidable.
