St. Aidan’s Anglican Church Commissioned an Educational Unit Office in Wa


The St. Aidan's Anglican Church in Wa has commissioned an office space for the Anglican Educational Unit in the Upper West region.

The office will be responsible for overseeing the entire Anglican Educational Directorate in the region.

During the commissioning ceremony, Rt. Reverend Denis Tong, the Northern Regional Manager for the Anglican Church, emphasized the importance of education and discipline, urging teachers and parents to take it seriously.

On behalf of the General Manager of Anglican Schools Rev. Fr. Clement Azuure, a Dean for the Anglican Church congratulated the Upper West Regional Educational Directorate for the endless efforts they put in to help get the unit office for the region.

Rev. Monica Achiana, the Upper West Regional Methodist Unit Manager, expressed her support for the office's growth and encouraged the Regional Manager to work harder.

Rev. Dr. Moses C. Banangwiiri expressed his profound gratitude to the church for establishing the office, which will ensure effective monitoring and supervision in Anglican schools.

Mr Anacletus Seeninyin, the representative of the Wa Municipal Educational Directorate, urged the Anglican Church to strategically support the Parent Teacher Association (PTA) and collaborate more with the Ghana Education Service (GES).
