Ripples of Hope donates exercise books to Junior High Schools in Wechiau

Ripples of Hope, a philanthropic organization based in Wa, has donated exercise books to all Junior High Schools (JHS) in Wechiau, situated in the Wa West District.

The organization also organized quiz competitions for the schools.

After the quiz competition, each school received 100 exercise books, two gold medals, and an undisclosed cash amount.



In an interview with Info Radio in Wechiau, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ripples of Hope, Mr Ibrahim Bandingu, popularly known as Ras Badingu, stated that the quiz and the donation were acts of charity given to support education, particularly in rural communities.

He emphasized that the organization will continue to support children in rural communities to help promote their education.



Mr. Bandingu appealed to benevolent organizations interested in supporting education to partner with Ripples of Hope to help promote education in rural communities.

Mr. Issah Nasumba Elias, the Assembly Member for Wechiau Electoral Area, commended the quiz competition, stating that it would help students learn better.
