Nadowli-Kaleo Youths Urged to Exercise Patience as District Office Accelerates Employment Postings

The Youth Employment Office of the Nadowli-Kaleo District has reached out to young residents, urging patience amid ongoing efforts to finalize employment placements under the government’s youth employment initiatives. Speaking on Info Radio popular News Current Affairs program, Tizine Yiri Yela, Mr. Kpan Ramus, the District Youth Employment Director, reassured the community that the process is actively in motion and that all eligible applicants will soon receive their postings.


“Our team is working tirelessly to ensure that every qualified young person in Nadowli-Kaleo secures a meaningful employment opportunity,” Mr. Kpan stated. “We understand the eagerness of our youth, but we ask for their patience as we complete the necessary administrative procedures.”


He highlighted that significant progress has already been made, with 21 youths from the district successfully engaged in various vital sectors. These include the Police Service, Fire Service, Community Police, Ambulance Service, and Prison Service—an encouraging sign of the district’s commitment to creating diverse opportunities for its youth.


Mr. Kpan expressed optimism about future prospects, noting that additional recruitment phases are on the horizon as the government continues to roll out more employment initiatives. He assured the community that efforts are in place to expand opportunities and ensure more young people benefit from the program.


Addressing concerns about remuneration, Mr. Kpan reaffirmed that there will be no delays in the disbursement of allowances. “The government is implementing measures to guarantee that all employees receive their allowances promptly,” he emphasized, underscoring the administration’s commitment to supporting the district’s youth both in employment and in financial welfare.
