A Nutrition Officer at the Wa Municipal Hospital, Madam Rahinatu Abdul-Rahman, has issued a public call emphasizing the importance of good nutrition and physical activity in maintaining optimal health and preventing disease. Speaking in an interview with Info Radio morning current affaires program " Day Break Upper West " on the 4Star Diet program, Madam Rahinatu highlighted the critical role that balanced diet and exercise play in promoting overall well-being.
