Residents of Dupaari community in the Wa East District are appealing to the government and the Wa East District Assembly to come to their needs and provide a health facility for them in the Dupaari community.
Speaking to Info Radio at the community, Madam Awulatu lamented that the lack of a health facility in their community has brought a lot of challenges to them as community members, especially pregnant women in the community.
She said expectant mothers sometimes lose their unborn children because they cannot attend antenatal care services.
Mr. Aginya also a resident in the community added that if there is a health facility in their community it will help them a lot especially when they are in need to access health service delivery.
The resident said a health facility in the community would help alleviate their plights and bring healthcare services to their doorsteps.
They called on the government and the district assembly to come to their aid.
