Otom-Ekumfi Religious Movement Holds Third National Media Outreach to Share Vision of End Times and Spiritual Revival
The Asomdwee Ntonton Som, a burgeoning religious movement led by Nyame Somafo Yawoh, hosted its third annual national media engagement and tour on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at its headquarters in Otom-Ekumfi. The event drew approximately 40 media outlets from across the country, including online platforms and bloggers, with the aim of educating the public and media practitioners about the movement’s core beliefs, history, and spiritual mission.
The gathering provided an in-depth overview of the movement’s teachings, emphasizing the significance of the ‘new message’ revealed through the Temple at Otom-Ekumfi. Speaking during the event, Nana Asare, the interpreter for Nyame Somafo Yawoh, described the leader as a divine Messenger sent to guide humanity through the End of Days. "Nyame Somafo Yawoh has appeared at Otom-Ekumfi to deliver the true word of God and to save humanity from impending peril," Nana Asare stated.
He elaborated on the movement’s theological foundation, asserting that it has been 6,000 years since the biblical flood of Noah, with an additional 4,000 years representing the period leading to the culmination of prophetic prophecy—the End of Days. According to the movement’s teachings, this epoch signifies a crucial transition toward a new spiritual era called the ‘New Days of Life.’
The movement invites individuals from all backgrounds to visit the Temple at Otom-Ekumfi to receive blessings and deepen their understanding of these divine revelations.
