NPP is confused in ruling the country – DBI MP

The Member of Parliament for Daffiama-Bussie-Issa (DBI) Constituency, Dr Sebastian Ngmenenso Sandaare has stated that the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) is confused in governing the country.

He said the economy has gotten out of the government’s hands and the government should be blamed for the current crises the economy is facing.

According to the MP, the NPP cannot ‘break the eight’ they are preaching for with the current state of the economy.

“‘Break the eight’ is a mere rhetoric, they can’t break it. It is clear they are struggling with governance and even wishing for the NDC to take over their burden,” Dr Sandaare stated.

The lawmaker for DBI, in an interview with Info Radio, noted that the NDC party is a social democratic party and if they were in power, they could have managed the economy better than the NPP government.

Dr. Sandaare noted that his constituency is ready to vote NDC coming 2024 election.

“My constituents are ready for elections, they are ready to vote NDC. They are feeling the hardship and they are ready to take the right decision,” he said.

He further indicated that the NDC party have served the country well during their era of governing.
