Lambussie DCE Vows to Complete Unfinished Development Projects to Boost Community Welfare

The District Chief Executive (DCE) for Lambussie , Mr. Ireneous Basingbie Naawulle, has reaffirmed his administration’s unwavering commitment to completing several development projects initiated by the previous government. In an exclusive interview with Info Radio, Mr. Naawulle emphasized that advancing key initiatives in health, education, and sports remains a top priority for his leadership, with the aim of enhancing the living standards of residents within the district.
The DCE highlighted that many of these projects, which were left incomplete before he assumed office, are crucial to community development. He assured the public that once finalized, the projects will be officially handed over to their respective beneficiary communities, fostering local ownership and sustainable growth.
According to Mr. Naawulle, progress has already been made, with some projects completed and commissioned, while others are at various stages of development. He attributed delays in project execution primarily to financial challenges, specifically the non-payment of contractors, which hindered ongoing work.
However, the district chief executibe revealed that measures have been taken to address these setbacks. According to him, Several contractors have been paid, enabling them to resume work and accelerate project completion. Mr. Naawulle reaffirmed his administration’s dedication to delivering these vital projects, underscoring their importance in improving community welfare and fostering socio-economic development in Lambussie.
