The Assembly Member for the Kpaarudaa Electoral Area of the Lawra Municipal and the people in the electoral area have expressed gratitude to the Member of Parliament for the Lawra Constituency, Mr Bede A Ziedeng for swiftly responding to their appeal to rehabilitate a CHPS compound in Nanyaare.
According to them, the facility was deteriorating and affecting health service delivery to the people of the area.
Speaking during the commissioning of the rehabilitated facility, the Assembly Member, Mr James Longteng stated that the facility was in a deplorable state before the interventions by the MP.
Some of the residents of Nanyaare have also expressed their appreciation to the MP while appealing to him to continue supporting them in terms of development.
The MP, Mr Bede A Ziedeng, indicated the estimated cost of the facility to be over GHC70, 000.
Meanwhile, the Lawra Municipal Health Director, Mr Emmanuel Sanwuok, lauded the MP for renovating the facility. He urged the In Charge and the nurses to make good use of the facility.
