Residents of the Guli community in the Wa Municipality have received a modern health facility built by the Qatar Charity Foundation.
The residents, speaking to Info Radio during the opening of the new modern health facility, in the community expressed gratitude to the Qatar Charity Foundation and the Member of Parliament for Wa Central Constituency, Dr Hassan Rashid Pelpuo, for helping them in getting the health facility.
They further appealed for electricity and other health equipment to make the health facility function very well.
Mr Naah Ahmed Mumuni Bukari, also a resident, thanked the Qatar Charity Foundation and pleaded for electricity to enable the health facility deliver quality health services in the community.
Mr Fuseini Issahaku, who is working with the Qatar Charity Foundation in the Upper West Region, said the Qatar Charity Foundation supports poor communities with health facilities, water and many others to improve the living conditions of residents.
