Residents of Yuonuuri in the Jagluu Electoral Area of the Wa West District have voiced urgent concerns over the absence of a reliable telecommunication network in the community. The community members explained that poor network reception has rendered phone calls nearly impossible, hindering effective communication and posing risks during emergencies.

Speaking to Info Radio, Mr. Taapuo Kognmenee emphasized the critical need for improved connectivity. He appealed to the government, the Wa West District Assembly, and philanthropic organizations to prioritize efforts to provide the community with a functional and stable network. "Access to communication is vital for safety, development, and everyday activities," he stated.

Several residents echoed these sentiments, highlighting the daily challenges they face due to the weak telecommunication infrastructure. They urged immediate intervention to bridge the connectivity gap and enhance the community's overall well-being.
