Bagbin Expressed Appreciation to God and People for his Election As Speaker.

The Speaker of Ghana's 8th Parliament, Hon. Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin, has indicated that, Almighty God has expanded the limit of his service to the people of his home constituency, the Nadowli/Kaleo constituency, to include the entire nation. In an address during his Thanksgiving Service, organized at Sombo in the Nadowli/Kaleo District, the Former Member of Parliament for the Nadowli/Kaleo Constituency said, it is by the grace of the Almighty God, that he rose to where he is today, hence the need to come home and offer thanks and praises to his Maker.

Hon. Bagbin therefore, calls on all and sundry, to remain steadfast with prayers and thanksgiving to the Almighty God, in times of trials and favors, citing his election as Speaker of the 8th Parliament in the fourth republic as a divine favor, a case study and should serve as a source of inspiration, hope and praises.

The Seventh Speaker for the 8th Parliament, Rt. Hon Bagbin, also calls for constructive criticisms from the public, concerning their actions and inaction in parliament and all those in public offices.

Hon. Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin was the Member of Parliament for the Nadowli/Kaleo Constituency, from January, 1993 to 2020.
